Lift and Elevate is a 2-day course created by MGB faculty Dr. Onyeka Otugo. This course is designed for women in healthcare to develop their negotiation skills. Individuals will learn negotiation fundamentals, secrets to deal making, mindset mastery, and understanding and addressed unconscious bias.
